Appraisal was not ordered on time and documents had to be faxed multiple times.
Ensure there is a succession of command if the loan officer is away or on vacation and that the associate that is put in charge should be the only one dealing directly with the borrower. I was sending the same paperwork several times to several different people who were not communicating to each other. There are many different Veteran Advocate Service Groups that also agents of the VA. When it comes to Disability paperwork I suggest you open up to let these other Advocate groups be able to submit official documents to the underwriters.In the end VUHL approved my loan and at a great rate. I will be recommending them to all Veterans, Family, and friends.
I would suggest that the loan officer be on top of all transactions at all times. I got the feeling at times that this was not being done.
