I believe that VUHL could improve on as far as communication between the realtors, sellers, and buyers. Overall, we are happy with VUHL because we were able to buy our new home. I don't think it would have been possible without their help. Yes, there were a few bumps on the road but overall we are pleased with them and would recommend them to anyone. Thank you!

In my case a lien was found against the property that had to be cleared. I suppose that will happen from time to time. A total review of pending expiration dates on documents need to be done so that all of it can be done at the same time instead of piece mill, because when one thing got update then a nother expired and then another and it was like a never ending Chinese water torture. And as I discovered, when the appriasal expires and another taken it can be substantially lower even when nothing about your neigbhor or house had changed in the last 6 months. Even when home prices had risen! My 2nd appriasal was reduced by $20,000 causing me a financial hardship!!!!!!

I believe that VUHL is truly here to help with getting a Family into a Home as easy as Possible. The Two Individuals that work with us (Chris; Austin) did a Great job and made sure to inform us about forms and interest rates etc...At the closing date the papers were not in order and it was very difficult for us to continue, because it seemed like Chris didn't quite know what the exemptions are for Indiana and was kind of rude to my real- estate agent, as she became frustrated with him. The deal was made when the lady at the Title company was in contact with another person in your office. Through emails and phone conversations the mess was fixed and completed, so we could close on the date we had set up.A couple of days later I was contacted by Chris, and he congratulated me on my closing and then wanted to help me with the exemptions and lowering my monthly payment. I told him that it was done and the monthly payment was lowered as we had agreed on through the process.
