We first used VU in 2020 and had a great experience. Now due to a military move and remembering the first time, we used them again in 2023. Just as great of an experience! The entire loan team was very attentive, answered questions quickly, was transparent with requirements and timelines, and overall really seemed to care about helping us get our new home.

This was my first home purchase. It was scary and overwhelming. The home buyer team that veterans united had set me up with had to be the best of the best. Seem like an elite team that was unstoppable!!! Because I am now a home owner in less than 60 days. That was just amazing and such a relief!!! The texting system you all use makes it literally a telephone game when it comes to questions and concerns regarding each cutsomer’s unique situation. Our down payment was almost left off of our final closing statemen even though there is a text trail of it. Luckily, it was a glove save in the end.
