My Loan Specialist (Josh) seems to be a great person. However, it seemed that he was not fully engaged in the closing process from start to finish. There were several times that documents were presented to me with inaccurate or incorrect information. I have been through several closings and I understand that the process involves a lot of uncertainty and uncontrollable factor. But the mistakes I am speaking of are a result of no one proof reading documents, updating documents, or information not being shared between Josh and Nicole. What was even more frustrating, Josh would always have an elaborative explanation as to why the information was wrong. I understand if it happens once, but this was continuous throughout the process and that is unacceptable. Lastly, this is intended to help Josh moving forward. He seems to have a lot of potential but these kinds of mistakes will keep him from getting referral business. Referral business is the key to success in any business and I hope this helps him moving forward.
I would also like to give a big Thank You to Kody's assistant Holly King. She was such a big help in the final days leading to closing. With out her skill and expertise and patience, I would have pulled all my hair out. She was awesome.

I never thought the loan process could have so many avoidable complications. Communication and getting in front of problems was nonexistent. The whole process seemed to be based on reacting to things instead of being proactive and avoiding problems.
I will be actively reaching out to my military and professional network to tell them about my experience and refer them over to Pentagon Federal or USAA.
Would also like to commend Jennifer Sims for all of her assistance during the process and getting things done within the appropriate timeframe to meet my needs. Will always be grateful to Tom and Jennifer and those I did not meet personally (underwriters, etc.) for meeting my need.
