Have someone readily available during signing. i had questions on the paperwork, which were ultimately answered, however i was close to having the notary leave and sign another day. Just having someone available, familiar with the loan, for afterhours signings would be fantastic. A little more peace of mind helps, especially when you never meet the people you deal with over the phone and online.

I believe that VUHL did the best job one could do given the difficult circumstances of my loan. I had to switch the type of loan I had and do two separate appraisals that turned out to be different. Making the switch more difficult. All in all I would say do not change a thing, you have great staff of professionals work there.
