Steve Oreck was amazing to work with. He sought to go above and beyond every step of the way. We really appreciated his knowledge and ability to put it in layman's terms.
It was all very easy, no problems. Jordan answered all my questions, took all my calls. Good experience
We would like to thank the entire management team that worked together to complete the process and work through the complications that arose in our home buying experiance . Without them I am positive that we would not have been able to buy this beautiful home ! WE are glad to be new residents of Pennsylvania , and to have our new home thanks to the teams efforts and determination to do what it takes to make things happen. "GREAT JOB ", and Thank all of you very much.!
I feel like a friend and relax when i went through the steps with Adam and Steven. I would tell there Boss these guy's could use a raise. How do you say it in Bank talk? More interest or less interest. I have got to do some moving today. It seems like everything is costing me. Everything but no money down on my new home and money back on my closing. Thank you, Veterans United Home Loans and Steve Staszcuk, Adam Nelson. Your friend, Bruce Kinner
I am very grateful that I chose Veterans United as my loan provider. I have had a wonderful experience dealing with the people there. It always felt like VU was on my side & really wanted my husband, a veteran & myself to live in a wonderful home. Thank you Veterans United!!!

If/when you have procedures of switching loan officers PLEASE inform your clients of when and who they should be contacting. I felt Lisa "fell off" but in reality (I was informed) that our loan was being handled by another individual. I would get updates from MY real estate agent but not get a phone call from Lisa herself. We were VERY disappointed that we moved the time for the closing to suit Lisa's schedule only to find out AT CLOSING from the CLOSING OFFICER that Lisa was not able to make it. Lisa had our cell phone numbers but chose not to speak with us. That me to was a slap in the face. We were excited about meeting Lisa, but to this day we will NEVER meet our loan officer.
I realize that there are many regulations from the Feds for this type of transaction. Near the end of this event, underwriting, for about 4 or 5 days, seemed to come up with more requests for documentation. Some of which we had already submitted. I feel that a lot of underwriting was done in a subjective way. If underwriting could be more standardized it would streamline operations. If I had not been a retired person the process would have probably taken a week longer because of gathering additional material for underwriting that seemed to keep coming up. Brent Schultz was an OUTSTANDING loan officer that helped us through these little bumps. His positive attitude was/is much appreciated. I would definitely recommend VUHL and Brent Schultz to any potential clients. All in all a very positive experience sans the "little bumps".
I want to take this opportunity to let you know what a great experience I have had with Veterans United. My loan officer Sydney McFall did a fantastic job. She was always available when needed and always took that extra step to help. Without Sydney's hard work we would not be enjoying our new home.
My veterans united reale estate agent that I was assigned Sam Rovine & he was AMAZING hands down the best i've ever meet. Sam went over and above for me, this would not have happen without Sam my agent and John Lucas and their team. We were very blessed to have VU and look forwarded to working together in the future.
Morgan was awesome. This guy wad there with us the majority of the time and answered any question that we had.
Could not ask for better service than we received through Veterans United.
