Our overall experience was good and things went through smoothly. I believe things would have gone better if everyone was working from the bank and not from home. We really did not like calling people at their home but things well well…

Easy and professional people
My personal experience was a more difficult process due to the fact of having to prove a source of funds many times over. The communication I felt as though could have been better between Andy and John to me regarding proof of funds. Although they were always professional kind and courteous. They did take care of me I. The end which I’m happy about but the time crunch on closing day was not fun with having to do last minute tasks. Document submission was super easy and user friendly. Stressful and gruesome process but totally worth it.

Words can not express my experience I had with Veteran's United. My loan officer was the best!!!
Only thing good was the rate we locked in. Almost shit our pants the day of closing which was really the day after we were originally supposed to close. Had 45 days to get it right and took every minute of that. Too stressful in the long run. Not handled professionally. Too many cooks spoil the stew. But thanks for getting it done.
