I would recommend that they pick up the phone more and the under writer needs to be more kinder. We have never been through so much uneasy things like this. I do understand that he or she has a job to do but dang it made it not so pleasant and it should have been less stressful experience.
We entered into this process with very limited understanding of and experience dealing with the financial complexities of buying a home. Through their knowledge and experience, particularly with the VA Loan, Liz and her team enabled us to feel comfortable and confident about our financial decisions which helped to make buying a first home a pleasant experience.
