Came down to the wire but got it all together on time
Lack of real documentation on why things were being requested multiple times or additional documentation needed that wasn't flagged at all in the portal. It's great to have an online system for submission / updates but that only works if you're getting all the information back to the end user. In a few cases; things had to be manually reviewed by our coordinator after multiple submissions. In one case, additional documentation was required that never showed on the dashboard or as details on any of the "To-Dos". This led to delays and us missing a few deadline dates as part of our purchase. Fortunately, our sellers were understanding and flexible but this can't always be the case. If you're going to manage all the underlying documentation needed for a loan, then the portal needs to give the user ALL the information they need.
