Bart my loan coordinator did not answer phone calls and no matter how many times I was told he would call me back... It didn't happen. It is my biggest issue I had with the process.

Anne's Loan Coordinator was not responsive. He did an initial introduction via the app but never responded to any of my inquiries or provided me information that I needed regarding the loan process.
Everyone was so helpful and accommodating throughout the process.
Kenny was absolutely wonderful. Communicated with us even late in the evening when that was the only time when we were available.

I’d like to express my appreciation for how outstanding her role was, particularly her efficiency and dedication throughout this process. Having worked with different lenders, Torie was my go to person for any questions, even after working hours, she was quick to respond and very cooperative. Additionally, the team from VA Home Loan was great to work with, and I look forward to using this lending service again in the future.
