Some people do not and should not have a mic in their hand. No one wants to listen to me. I have nothing to say but positive things about the team I worked with. By far, the easiest home buying I have done.
If I had to have one critique, it would be the underwriters seemingly forgetting there was a global pandemic and record number of unemployment a few years ago Trying to write a story as to why I wasn't working during the pandemic was a bit odd. The only time in my life I wasn't working and I had to write multiple stories as to why. Pick up a news paper once in a while. I guess it's easy to do things like that if you do not have direct contact with the customer.....but, in the end, they got it done and all was well. Closed with no issues.
I have worked with Veterans United and specifically Karol Hart and her team on the purchase of 2 different homes and a couple of refinances. Simply put, Karol and her team are the BEST, and great people on top of everything else. I will never work with anyone else!!
