Listen, I tried to give Stephen and his team higher than a 10, but 20 wasn’t an option. This is the 2nd time I’ve worked with Stephen and even though this was a tough transaction, Stephen, Blair, and Shelby became magicians and made things happen. Not once did they do anything without calling me and breaking down what was going on. When working with them, you are treated like family and I mean that in a good way! When your team is just as excited as you are about the closing and calls as soon as it’s over sounding like an excited school girl, that lets you know you have the right people!
