Mike Cane and his team were outstanding! There professionalism and knowledge was very impressive. Their response time was never more than an hour to questions I had. I have already referred them to realtors and individuals.
Everything was great except VU doesn't offer a Courtesy Float Down Interest Rate. This was bummer (not the loan team's fault), but something admin needs to change.
The entire team was responsive and communicated all changes and updates throughout the process. The use of a group text message from the very start of applying to post-closing made everything easy and I never felt alone. I would definitely use Veterans United again and would recommend them to anyone. They really made this stressful and emotional home-buying process smooth and seamless- and easier to understand!

I never received the Total Veteran United Home Loans + Veterans United Realty Bundled Benefit.
I have yet to received the $500 VUR benefit. No one could provide a certain answer on how this would be delivered and only seemed to provide assumptions.
