Although this is my first home purchase for myself this is not my first exposure to the buying process. Overall I'd have to say VU was rather accommodating to the need and requests I made. The agent was pretty disappointing in her attitude and behavior. Polite to my face but clearly not Interested to work with me until I decided to search for conventional home rather than an approved mobile /manufactured...which happened to double the pre-approved loan amount.

For my wife being a veteran you think things would have been handled better. We had one rep and then she disappeared and she was great and we never were told what happen. Then the info wasn’t correct as far as our down payment amount and the day we were suppose to close and we didn’t get to close the time we wanted too. This was a long process everything should have been ready and it wasn’t. Very stressful to work with them hope they are better with future veterans
