Any bumps were minor and handled quickly. I needed nudges/reminders given my massive move. Gabe and Melissa excel in keeping comms constant across SMS, phone, and emails. My previous interactions with loan officers (years ago, not VU) were... well, they were so-so with comms, which is half the battle (ie showing up for your client, the other half being roughly finding info, owning any mistakes and problem-solving... the basics of blocking and tackling).Would I vote for these folks? I would. Seriously. Spending deficits and hefty interest payments across the board in need of good stewards - we need more public servants like Gabe and Melissa in our state and federal offices.
I just hope that the organizations that have these very young super competent individuals under their wings do the right thing for them. They are not only professionals in their chosen areas, but they are super nice caring empathetic human beings.Nice people should be rewarded too because the more nice people we have in this world, the world becomes a better place for all of us.I hope the supervisors over these nice persons realizes that they have to role model niceness to these young by ensuring and making sure that they all get their just desert for following the "Golden Rules"Ernest Jeter
