The overall experience was great. We’ve had several people that told me they couldn’t work with my scores, but my husband but turned out we couldn’t work with his so we went with mine. You guys help me get my credit report updated and I didn’t even imagine that I will get qualified for the amount, so it was so awesome. I will definitely be talking to other veterans that I know wanting to purchase a house because you guys made it possible otherwise we would’ve been waiting and waiting and waiting and I love my home is twice the size of the one we just moved out of . Ben and his team were amazing. He answered all my questions. Checked in one multiple times. His to do list kept me on track. It was such an easy process with VU because of Ben! And I have to shout out Rachel because she was just as awesome!
