They're fair with the rates and have some of the best educational information on the market. The educational piece is especially important for VA buyers.

The online portal is extremely helpful in knowing the status of the loan and the next steps. The loan team kept me up to date and aware of all items relevant to the purchase. I plan to use them again for myself and any others I know that are looking to purchase a home
