I would have given a higher rating but we feel there were to many people involved, would have been nice just to deal with Tyler and the realestate agent. Tyler and Shay were great but then another person stepped in for Shay that went on vacation we felt he didn’t know what was going on.

VETERANS UNITED was supposed to have my back and they did not. What Lauren and Kat did made me feel embarrassed to my family, not to mention the anger and depression.
