Kyle Bakker and his team are top notch! This is my second time working with Kyle and he truly makes the process as easy as possible. He and his team are always available to answer any questions and make sure everything is moving along smoothly. I hope not to move again for quite a while, but if I did, I know Kyle and his team would take care of us and make the process effortless.

Delayed communication or delayed responses hampered the process a bit. Closing was pushed back when we couldn't get the numbers needed for closing on time to submit paperwork to the 401k for withdrawal, even though we were asking ahead of time for updates.
