I have nothing but great things to say about Daren and his team. Moving half way around the world on a tight timeline and not being able to physically see a house until after I put an offer in. Daren and his team my the process simple. I knew what to do every step of the way throughout. There was always an open line of communication. If I was ever slow to knock a checklist item out, his team gave me an extra nudge to get it done!

The entire VU team and process has been great. Everyone was timely with responses, and able to answer all questions. We were able to close in just over 2 weeks.I had a unique scenario, where I added my fiance to the loan, and they were able to help us out with that process prior to closing. The only hiccup was that when she was added, there was a swing in fees of about $1,100 that could have been pointed out to us.All in all, we are very satisfied with the home buying process and our new home. Thanks to VU team for their help.

They treat like person and not just under mortgage they have too process, your success is their success your failure is their failure, through your entire process they are helping you providing you with resources , helping you gather what’s needed their portal and to do list is so easy and great to use it helps you stay on track . We have done 2 mortgage with them and we keep coming back because of the ease of working with them.
