This team worked really hard in getting my closing date to where I would not have been living in a hotel while waiting on the close date. They were able to close on the day after my closing of the sale of my other home. Well Done and this includes Amy as well.

Kept asking for the same documents over and over, to include a divorce decree and then still listed me as married which held up closing and almost stopped transaction, plus at closing found that docs such as the pest inspection was not sent to lender holding up closing. The original LE had my payment at 1208 and told those were conserufigures and would go down but payment is 130 more than advised that it would be, taxes were incorrect and I even told them they were not correct but it was insisted they were by team but the taxes were set up for investment and homestead was not given, was told closing costs were 2451.15 and were more than 1000 less and now I have to wait for refund. I didn’t have many options for a home loan and was treated as such

Veterans United is definitely an organization I will continue to use and recommend to others. I will say/ recommend that building some type of partnership with USAA or Navy Federal in regards to being able to access/ action insurance quotes would definitely be mutually beneficial for all parties involved.
