The most positive aspect about my experience with Veterans United was being able to talk with a live person on the phone at any stage of the home buying process. Any messages left were returned within minutes of receipt. The degree of interest shown throughout the process seemed truly genuine. Also, receiving the flag post hanger and the "named" rug were a nice personal addition I didn't expect.
