We had to get a lot of paperwork, but in the end they got us funded and into the home we wanted. Mike Patzius was great to work with each time we have used them.
Very helpful and friendly. Such quick amazing service. They were there through every step
Is there a way veterans united can carry more weight with VA appraisers?
The best decision I ever made was to go with Veterans United. Awesome experience!
Veterans United made home buying in these times very simple and easy. Would use them again except this is our last move.
Thank you for your help.
Excellent process including how it was done online, efficient and effective.

If you’re looking for a new home, please go with Veterans United. They’re the best. You need look no farther!
The entire team at Veterans United are professionals and at the same time personal and understood the difficulty I had and took care of things above and beyond my expectations. I would recommend Veterans United to all who are looking to purchase a home.
If you are a vet and you do not use Veterans United, you are making a huge mistake! They love helping vets get homes, and they are extremely personable and have some of the best customer service skills I have ever experienced. They actually care about their client and it shows in the way the treat you! I was blessed to have them assist my family and am forever greatful!
For my first experience , I personally am very disgusted working with Veterans United and will never work with them due to the fact of how unprofessional and unwilling to help me out with the documents that I need in order to do the actual loan. I had just moved to Hawaii and they wanted 12 months of cola even though I have talked to various Peers and they did not need the same things as me. I also had a cosigner and for whatever reason they could not except that even though the person made a well over 100 K a year. I feel that I was treated unfairly and especially for a veteran company this is not how things should go.For my second loan the thing that I hated the most was so much paperwork when they already have to do A credit report. I literally put 20% down I highly doubt that you would have to do all the paperwork that I had to do if your literally putting 20% down.
The other thing that I hated was that they would switch team members and it was very frustrating because I would be working with one person one week the next week I’d be working with a different person. I Had to re-iterate myself multiple times instead of them knowing what I needed him what was going on with loan.
