This was both the easiest and hardest experience. There were issues external to Veterans United that made the past few months difficult; however, the VU Team made everything as easy and smooth and quickly became a trusted team for my wife and I. I appreciate them so much and I suggest Veterans United give them all a weeks paid vacation for their amazing work.
I definitely recommend. They helped me do much during this process. I don’t believe I would be a home owner without them!

Would not use this company again. Used for our 4th home purchased and not impressed. When you waste time and have agents not immediately tell you there’s gonna be an issue with COE you start shopping, put offer, put Ernest money then they say or you have to refinance your current home and take off va loan. Which guess what? Takes time and in that time interest rates go up and up and up. That’s wasting my money. I should’ve called Wells Fargo instead. They were fast, easy to worked with and didn’t add useless request to approve my loan like calling a rep to tell her why were buying. Treated like children who didn’t know what we were doing. And we are No that. So no I would not use not recommend as there’s nothing impressive about this company. They were eh. I’ve had far superior experiences prior. I should’ve just stopped using them when the issue came down in underwriting process but we were in a rush to not be homeless and stop sleeping in someone’s couch with a family of 4.

The entire team did well and I have to commend Dena. Excuse the bluntness, but she was on top of her shit! She came in with laser focus, seemingly lengthy to-do lists and extra homework. :-) Kedric was really working hard especially in the end and I greatly appreciate it. --Automation is good, however the process was a bit overwhelming at times. I felt that I didn't need to know so much information between realtors and you guys; however, I do understand you want the customer to be informed, but from my end it's too much and can be confusing at times. Overall the team was prompt, nice, and professional. I do like the ease of talking to a human being in a time manner even after leaving a voice message. Keep up the good work.
