There were small clerical errors on most documents, appearing sloppily done or fast. Thee job did get done so I am happy.

I don't know about unfiltered, that would likely get us banned, but any veteran who's ever gone to another one of their brother/sister in arms wedding or social gathering, especially after coming back from a rather hostile environment, knows there should be a lot of "fillers and Dagums" in this. Veterans United just made this family's Dream come true, and were with us every single step of the way, even available when the times were hard and the family was a bit ill for a couple of weeks. This whole team for us has been nothing but a massive blessing.
I thoroughly enjoyed working with Mitchell and Rachell, they were always available and kept us up to date. I did NOT enjoy with the underwriter!! It may have necessary but seems like he did not want us to get our loan! I was ready to give up and start over.Thankfully....we got his answers done!

I would just say overall that the process was very smooth and the to do list make it easier on the buyer to know what is needed to stay on track. My only concern would be the Underwriter selected made our experience at the last minute quite stressful.
Everything was great other than dealing with travelers insurance.
