You all stood by us through thick and thin. Appreciation is not a kind enough word to describe how well we were treated. At our age(s) 74 & 75)and our limited income, we didn't think we would ever own another house. Mathew and Lindsay are tops! We went through several realty agents who kept trying to get us to use a bank loan until we finally got an agent from "Your Home Sold Guaranteed", David Owensby. I stumbled on to Veteran's United when I began searching for my special retreat/home after retirement. At first I was skeptical about who VU was. I found out they have the backing of several high-level military retirees and they quickly educated me on all the services they could provide. I am super happy with trusting VU to assist me through the process to successful home searching and buying. VU hooked me up with a number of realtors to cover the rocky mountain range that I was searching across. Those realtors were very encouraging in assisting me without requiring a 1:1 contract which would have limited my searching ability and constrained my options. The Loan Officer, Concierge, and others at VU worked well as a team in providing me a seamless process to finding and purchasing my new home. I felt like I had a true advocate on my side every step of the way.

Overall the experience was great. It was extremely convenient to sign everything electronically and not worry about mailing anything. That process was outstanding. Overall, I had a great home buying experience with Veteran's United. Everyone was friendly, informative, and timely. They did a lot of the heavy lifting for me and I always knew what to do next. This was my first home so I really had no clue what the process was like, but I learned as I went along. Closed on a great home a little over a month after getting pre-approved. Thanks Veteran's United! Definitely recommend.

I spent 12 years in the Army which means I have heard about Veterans United. Surprisingly, I had heard mixed reviews. However, when it came time to buy a home, I decided to give them a call.
My experience from initial phone call to closing was nothing more of amazing. Rett Thompson and his team were a pleasure to work with and hit every task/deadline on point. It says alot when my Insurance company called me after she spoke with Allyson, to tell me how amazing and thorough she was. She even asked what mortgage I went through and wished everyone was as easy to work it.
Give Veterans United a call, I plan on using them again for my next home.
