From pre-approval to underwriting to closing and describes each step as you go. You have a whole team that helps you along the way. It’s not just the financing, they help with utilities, real estate process, and finally the move.

The good thing is i switched to VU and luckily they picked Kyle to become our loan specialist. Long story short the reason why i switched to VU is because we are not getting response from the other lender everytime we have inquiries. Sometimes it will take a week or two before they call us back for just a question. Once you get approved they kinda ignore you but not with Kyle. Kyles team will get back to you within 24 hrs via phone or email. I think their standard is Exceptional Customer Service for their customers. So if you trying to buy home in San Antonio ask for Kyle and i bet you that you will have very transparent and smooth process like we experienced with Veterans United.
