The intrest rates droped 2 weeks before closing and before the final loan document was done. i wish they would have lowered it before locking it also they never discused points with me just had me buy 1 automatically. Im fine with having bought it just wish it would have been discused with me.
I've worked with Ben and his team before and will again If the interest rates drop again. Truly outstanding.

Wonderful team throughout the entire process! Despite the time zone difference they were always prompt to respond to my questions and move through everything swiftly, even helped get closing finished early! They remembered the small bits of information I told them even when it seemed insignificant or was unrelated. I mentioned I drove a Jeep and briefly had a conversation regarding the rubber ducks that were left on other Jeep owners vehicles, next thing I know I'm opening a package that contained rubber ducks so I could join in on the fun!
