Working with Chris Rohr was a amazing. He is professional, good with communicating and has a great personality which made a stressful time less intense.
Buying our first home was intimidating at first. Having Veterans United as our loan team made it as painless as possibly; ensuring all our questions got answered, being there when we needed help, and placing our needs above their own. We really appreciate our customized gift we received; so do our dogs. Thank you for your time and we appreciate all of your hard work.
In lue of the rising rates and I know 6% is still low but rates should be considered over a 5 year period since rates were 3-4% for 3 years straight. I would recommend trying to get more credits to closing to cover things like origination fees and annoying fees that don't go towards the acutal house like insurance and taxes .But that's my 2 cents.
Even in a tough market the whole team went above and beyond to make my days in buying a home so pleasant. I am so grateful for this team and how attentive and informative they were. Everything was done in a timely manner and made my home buying experience top notch. I honestly don't know how I would've been able to buy a home without this team at Veterans United. Thank you all so much and I will never forget you.
All in all, it was a great experience. A few hiccups here and there, but not from the great team I had to my disposal.
