I think the underwriters need to read the documents prior to requesting new documents. As in our case we sent the same document to answer questions 4 times. Most of the documents needed in our case they already had. The rest was on us and a pain but we got it done. Allen was very helpful, and responsive to questions and concerns.

The "To Do" notifications provided instant alerts for any open items or requests. All of this made for a virtually stress-free experience. I purchased another house in 1996 and the process is so much easier now utilizing computers programs e.g., texts and emails. My VA home loan application went quickly. The team paid attention that my house came with chickens and the house warming gifts were chicken related.

Always great working with the VA
This was our second home buying experience with VU and wasn’t comparable to the first. I wouldn’t recommend VU after this experience. I feel the well-being and home ownership for our veterans should be priority.
