Be careful when you get someone to start working with and make sure it is a good fit because one person does not make the company. Sometimes we just have terrible luck and you have to recognize that and make changes early on or else you deal with the repricusions. Veterans United is an amazing business to work with, however not every employee or person you have to work with understands their job fully.
There are many business, and organizations out there with the word Veterans in there names, that don’t truly take care of Veterans. I can honestly say from my own experience, that Veterans United is not one of the afore mentioned business. I would recommend this company to any Veteran in the market to purchase a home

I like the VU portal because it's easy to navigate. All documents I needed were in one place. Connection additional services such as utilities, internet, etc were all included and with multiple options. Also, according to some of the vendors, VU has paid some of the connection fees/ service fees/discounts, etc for us. For sure, VU is a one-stop shop when it comes to home buying.
All in all with how seamless and easy this process was made because of the efforts of the entire team was phenomenal. It was our first purchase and we had a to complete the purchase signed-unseen but with the guidance of Debby and Mystle the process was made to seem… elementary . There’s nothing elementary about this team and the absolute professionals and experts they are in their field and with their tasks. I served many years in the military. I relocated a lot and Veterans United was a completely different home buying experience for me. I had a whole team at my disposal. From my loan specialist, Kyle Boger, to my real estate agent, Eric Ludvigsen and several others I don't have room here to mention. I had assistance with every aspect of my purchase and move. Including utilities, internet providers, security systems, even change of address with the post office. None of them appeared to be just doing their jobs. They were all genuine good people and wanted to help.
