VU helped out in a pinch when USAA let me down, I would 1000% go through VU again if I ever needed to purchase another home.
From day one felt supported and provided with fact-based, accurate, information. Were led, step-by-step on what to do and informed of what to expect. Every member of the team were a joy to work with and each member performed their duties amazingly well. Was able to go from first contact, to finding perfect home, to closing quickly. Not months but, pretty much, a month - start to finish...and there was a lot of "to-do's" but, especially Aaron Thomasson talked us through each step until everything was done and we were ready to close.I would recommend Veteran's United to anyone looking to buy a home. Aaron Thomasson is "the man". A real asset.
This was my 3rd and hopefully last home purchase finance with VU. Flawless x3. Funny antidote as I was between VU and another lender. Other lender warned me about doing business with VU and how potential sellers would not accept my offer. Hogwash. Funny thing was VU was able to spin up all the necessary documents and approvals while other lender was too busy worrying about winning my business. VU got my business again. Communication is top notch, web portal easy to use. My loan officer as well as coordinator instant response to text and email.To anyone reading this , I can not give higher praise.
The process was so great. Never felt left behind.
