Veterans united was very good until the loan was in place. After that they failed to take responsibility for the escrow account and properly handle insurance payments. I would not recommend having any additional ties to veterans united outside of the loan amount and avoid all escrow accounts for property / insurance payments .
Veterans United made our home buying experience extremely easy. Our loan officer, Fahad, was such a great asset to have and he was both empathetic and full of knowledge. Give them a chance, they keep it as simple as possible.
