Veterans United made buying a home which is usually so stressful, a huge relief. Knowing what was needed from Veterans United was so easy with their user-friendly app and made the whole process so quick. The next home I buy I will be using them again. Can't recommend Veterans United enough. The customer service and care I received were next level. I never felt like there were any other customers besides me through the whole process.
Veteran’s United was extremely flexible with changes to the loan. Our Loan agent also locked in a decent rate for us before the Federal Reserve really pushed rates higher. VA United truly cares about their customers and works hard to make the purchase of a home as smooth as possible.
There are fees that are not transparent in the home buying process. It would be helpful if this was explained to new buyers. It can be ver confusing and intimidating to have over $20K in unexpected fees.
