I would love to put a ten on everything but my loan got sold to the worst company on the face of the earth. Thanks guys. Now I knew I would get a new company for my mortgage but it Would have been nice to get sold to penny mac or another more reputable company, not whatever this new horrible NewRez services is. Can’t believe this shit.

Our loan team (Will and Diana) were absolutely fantastic to work with. Correspondence was top notch and the whole process was very smooth and stress free. Even the VU's website was user friendly and was loaded with information that was very valuable.
Wonderful people to work with. They kept us informed all the way. I had to have surgery during this time and they still made it work for us so we could get the home that we wanted.
