I loved the Online process. Very seamless & smooth & the “To-Do’s” List can’t be beat for its ease of use & in making it so clear as to what tasks you need to complete for your loan!! Also chose VU because there was a local office in our town so I could drop documents off in the AM when I got off of work!!! So nice!!
