I think that a realtor selling a property should have to do some research on the HOA, or other rules in place. I was told I could put up a fence for my dogs, and it turns out I can’t. I would not have purchased this property if I would have known this.
My overall experience from beginning to end was great!! Each individual assigned to me was amazing and attentive and answered all my questions almost always on the same day, I could not have asked for a better team of professionals. Again, "Thank You ALL" for everything!!!
