Was very easy to get approved. There were some hiccups with the closing date not due to anything that VU could do, and some VA requirements that they had to follow, which caused some scary times until they were resolved.
I would definitely recommend VU for any veteran that wants to buy a home.

Consider informing the buyer in the future about tax deductions or tax exemptions they may qualify for given their disability percentage vet. I'm sure that would make your clients happy to know.
