Overall Veteran's United has great people to work with. Sometimes one bad apple (if you will) can make it difficult to want to deal with that particular company. But I must say Brittney and Michelle really stepped up and made my experience much better. As a first time buyer, we were scared and nervous about how much goes into the buying process, but Tyler and his team made it seem less and straightforward. The team was willing to answer questions and address any concerns throughout the process. Our real estate agent was caring and truthful, and made searching for a home in a depleted market hassle free. I could not have imagined a more perfect lender to purchase our first home with. I would suggest using VU to purchase a home they do their best to assist a veteran to purchase a home.
I have always avoided a VA home loan because the process seemed too daunting, but Veteran's United made the whole process easy. Their team of specialist and the real estate agent they suggested all worked together to assure a smooth purchasing experience. I waited 52 years to use my benefit, and it paid off.
