The home buying experience was the easiest we have had
The VA process is very intense. Most business days, 2 to as many as 5, response requests were received in my email. And when you believe you are in perfect shape, and received an all-clear, you receive a to-do requesting your previous months bank statement showing ALL SOURCES OF YOUR FUNDS FROM CLOSING. Would have been a keen idea to tell me to move brokerage $$$ in advance instead of jumping through panic hoops!
From the first phone call I made to Veterans United, Joe and his team jumped into action on my loan approval and notifying me immediately of approval. VU's team is efficient and aggressive to the finish insuring the highest quality in customer service to our veterans. Prompt, courteous and professional people who make you feel there with you every step of the way and in your corner. Even with all my questions or concerns VU sincerely answered all of them and assured me all aspects for the best loan was being done. For m y first VA experience I'm very proud to have had VU on my side.

Always outstanding service.
Overall, a 10! The only thing I would suggest is to make sure that the final closing documents are finalized before the moment of closing! That was extremely annoying! Show up expecting to pay one thing and all of the sudden; nope you must pay this! Also, please fix the issue about having to constantly having to get the DocuSign reset. Every time my Loan team would send me something it would say that my session had timed out and to reverify. Well there is no place or link to do that!

My parents are in failing health, and so I thought I would look into buying a house to be nearer to them than I was at 805 miles away. I attempted to look up information on how to file for a VA loan, and somehow I ended up on your website. At first I was skeptical thinking that you might be a scam or something. But, as I soon discovered, you are a legitimate business built upon a core mission to help veterans become homeowners. Thank you for being there for me when I needed you. So, perhaps you can build up your advertising a little more to reach us out here in this busy world of ours.
