Larry did awesome. Cam was ok, but was not happy that I was never informed about the closing not happening the day I was told. Also not being told to turn my auto pay off, that's not something I would automatically know. I feel this round, besides with Larry was not as flowy.

Overall, a 10! The only thing I would suggest is to make sure that the final closing documents are finalized before the moment of closing! That was extremely annoying! Show up expecting to pay one thing and all of the sudden; nope you must pay this! Also, please fix the issue about having to constantly having to get the DocuSign reset. Every time my Loan team would send me something it would say that my session had timed out and to reverify. Well there is no place or link to do that!
This team was tremendous and I would absolutely use Veterans United again. They were very communicative, always available, and very professional.

Timing could have been quicker, but things went great
The experience was easier than I thought. The people was understanding, knowledgeable and very hospitable.
Our loan officer, Matt Istwan, was awesome. He went over & beyond all expectations we had. Matt was always professional, courteous, and knowledgeable during the entire process. I can't thank Matt enough for his help with financing our home, he made such a difference during a very stressful home search.
This was my first time buying a house so there was a lot I just didn’t know. Zach and his team made themselves available to answer all my questions and took time to explain the process step by step. They really looked out for me and made the home buying process a breeze! I’d also like to give a shout out to Ashley as well for taking good care of us.
