Everyone I worked with was incredibly kind and caring - the whole process was so easy and straight forward. Originally, we were fairly intimidated but Veterans United made it so easy.
From the first phone call I made to Veterans United, Joe and his team jumped into action on my loan approval and notifying me immediately of approval. VU's team is efficient and aggressive to the finish insuring the highest quality in customer service to our veterans. Prompt, courteous and professional people who make you feel there with you every step of the way and in your corner. Even with all my questions or concerns VU sincerely answered all of them and assured me all aspects for the best loan was being done. For m y first VA experience I'm very proud to have had VU on my side.

The whole Veterans United team that I was assigned to consisted of my loan officer Wesley Earl, my loan specialist Wade Howser, and my loan coordinator Rachel Lenz. The team was amazing at every step. My journey started with Wade who has worked with me checking up on me for almost a year until I was able to get a property under contract. Once that took off, Wesley took rein and progressed me forward along with Rachel making sure the title company, the insurance company, and any other issue was taken care of right up to and even after closing. The great thing is, they informed me that I can contact them anytime for assistance even afterwards. Truly an amazing experience for me. Corey was great, answered every question throughout the whole process.
Overall, a 10! The only thing I would suggest is to make sure that the final closing documents are finalized before the moment of closing! That was extremely annoying! Show up expecting to pay one thing and all of the sudden; nope you must pay this! Also, please fix the issue about having to constantly having to get the DocuSign reset. Every time my Loan team would send me something it would say that my session had timed out and to reverify. Well there is no place or link to do that!

Nichole and team were great to work with. The only issue that came up was accurate timelines and sometimes would not be able to get ahold of Nichole or Gregg. I would still recommend to my fellow Veterans!
I would highly recommend Veterans United for your mortgage needs. I found them to be very experienced, attentive, competent, and caring! They always got back to me with very little delay about any questions or concerns I may have had. From application to closing took approximately 35 days. Overall, I was very happy with this company.
