I went in to this process very cautious and a bit hesitant. The team that was with me was outstanding. The communication was excellent. quick responses to my emails and I don't believe I ever left a voicemail because my calls were always answered. everyone on the team was very knowledgeable and they all always made me feel comfortable and at ease. All of the problem were from third parties including VA, which took too long to review and eventually reject our application. When we then converted to conventional loan the timing was not optimal due to holiday schedules. Otherwise Justin and his team put a lot of work into getting out loan to close.
