The best thing about Veterans United is I purchase my new home. With the help of my loan specialist, and agent I was able to reach that goal. I went from sleeping in my car, in a Walmart parking lot, to moving in the poorest zip code in Louisville, Ky 40211 too now, I live in the one of most high end zip codes in the city, zip code 40206 in a gated community in the hills, over looking the city and with a private swimming pool. My own bank,that I banked, with for 15 years drop the ball, would not help me. I would tell any potential veteran, if you wont that home,go with Veterans United Loans.
This is my 5th or 6th home I've purchased with VU and my last. All previous purchased were pleasant & I felt appreciated as a customer.... not thus time. Never again will I use VU.
