I get the promotional junk you send out but I don't really want socks and a flag pole and a door mat as nice as all that is. Get me a good rate and make it an efficient process. It's confusing enough for the lay person and I felt the numbers changed and some of it just didn't make sense to me which frustrates the hell out of me. I've heard good things but it was just ok for me. Erinn was the bright spot and tried to be patient and explain things no matter how thick I was being.
