The quality of work and timeliness of getting the refi loan package together was weak. I didn't get action until I questioned why the delay in creating the package. The package provided was inaccurate as it did not contain the latest information on my current loan. Thankfully Max stepped in and helped explain and then rectify the issues.
Devin was instrumental in getting our loan approval. He worked with our budget and gave great customer service!
We were not happy with the title company. They were slow to respond to questions and getting the title insurance.
