Tyler works very hard. Underwriting was atrocious and constantly questioned my documents. Making a fuse over my old income that didn't match new income, and even made my civilian employer write a memo to them about a shortage in hours last year.

My husband and I have done re-finances before, but this was incredible the way it was done. Most of it was online and the final document signing was in our home.
Not impressed - no attention to detail and will treat you like a liar if there's any discrepancies (typos, etc.) vs just addressing them directly with you. Would recommend a different company! Will not be using again.
