The customer service and friendliness was excellent. My reps kept me informed about everything along the way. The speed was very impressive. The only negative would be the closing costs as they seemed a bit high.

I am 58 years old, and this is my first (and probably last) home buying experience, and honestly, I was not expecting "white glove service", but that is what I feel I received from "my team". I had a team!!! From the smallest details - receiving a package for my pups to the ease of getting referrals from my realtor, the home inspection, appraisal, etc. - everything was done in a timely manner, and there was constant communication. I feel extremely satisfied with my whole experience, and I am honored to share my experience with other veterans.

Everything was simple and very straight forward. From day one talking with Austin Francis to get pre-approved, to working with Travis Ward throughout the process, and Desi Murray and Chance Schmollinger for all the hard work to get underwriting and documents needed to close. My wife and I never once felt strong armed or uncomfortable during the process and we contribute that to our team always being available and answering our questions thoroughly and honestly.
