only thing that I had a problem with was my POA I had to keep sending varication in to the title company. they get wanting more varication 3 or 4 different times.
It's important to do all the orientation steps in the beginning and it should be treated as a class where Veterans United screen for understanding of each step like a test. You do not want to blow past any steps provided hastily because it could set you back later if you were not prepared for what is to occur at that particular stage of home buying.

Overall we feel that the loan coordinator, advisor, under writers need to communicate together better, the concierge needs to be more knowledgeable of the area that we are moving to and not just on what he feels is the best movers to use, better knowledge of utilities and requirments for start up. We had to find out for ourself.
