Very knowledgeable on the VA loan process and did a wonderful job overall.
The positive it is that the website is very easy to use, at the beginning when applying it is very easy to find and talk to people but when going through the process I could never get ahold of my loan officer, and got handed to 4 different people because one of them was on vacation, until Diana came back she was the one that actually finished and answer my questions. However after everything was signed I have had no issues. Hopefully after I start paying it, it becomes hassle free.
Really enjoyed working with Veterans United. I've bought houses before but this is the 1st experience utilizing my VA Loan option. Would recommend using Veterans United to process the VA loan for you if you have the chance.

Veterans United are the real deal. While shopping around, many lenders acted as yes men trying to get our business. Neil Hansen and his team were up front and honest about the process by doing the due diligence and was able to answer all of my questions and make the process smooth. We closed early and couldn't be happier.
Mike’s team was spectacular! They were so professional and quick to help us meet our goals. The Veterans United website made things especially easy; we could easily track where we were at in the process and we could quickly communicate with our loan team when to-do list items were needed.
