Working with veterans United was easier than we thought! Having the portal was extremely helpful because we can view the documents we signed and still have left to sign. It was a very organized process!



I recommend using veterans united to any veteran or prior service vet. The services are awesome and well informed with the housing market. They give the best experience to the buyer.

They tried to say I didn’t turn in documents that I did and pushed my closing date back two days before closing. It all worked out but didn’t not need to be as extremely frustrating as it was

Was my first time buying a house. After several phone and probably most were silly questions. Robert still treats you with respect and professionalism. His team did a outstanding job highly recommend veterans united.

Don’t use them unless you absolutely have no other option. They are slow, inefficient, and have terrible communication. They can do this because they do so many VA loans they can afford to lose customers. I used USAA in the past and had a much better experience with them.

It was a pleasant and pain free experience. I guess my only slight complaint was the length of time (it seemed very long) to get an appraisal for the property. But in general super happy with Rett and his team.
