Everyone from the concierge rep to the loan team is great. Easy to reach, and very punctual.
The VU team was extremely helpful and managed to make this experience less stressful.Carrie, our realtor, was amazing! She did everything possible to get us to houses that fit what we wanted, and she would also give feedback on each house we visited. Overall, I would happily work with Carrie and the VU team again on looking for a home.

We were given instructions as to how to make that happen and when that was completed, we went for the prize, our home.
