The whole process is well worth going through VA. $ needed to close was attainable vs some other mortgage avenues. You need to be prepared to supply a decent amount of financial information, some of it seemed repetitive but in the end it is a reasonably easy process to go through. I highly reccomend the VA. The best two perks are the team will work with you very well and the second is the $$ needed to get into your home.
