I would recommend them to any veteran
We used a VA loan before and I don't remember there being so many additional questions to get the underwriting completed. However I know circumstances with Covid probably affected the process in ways we weren't privy to.
With previous lenders it were a nightmare. VUHL gave me an opportunity to have a piece of mind. They made me feel confidence that I've made the right choice, at no time I was in the dark about my loan, thanks Veteran United!

I am indeed happy with the end result. HOWEVER, I feel the process could have been smoother. I was asked to provide them with items that I had previously submitted..., items that was in their portal. My closing date had to be pushed back a day due to small issues that could have been avoided.

Going through Veterans United to buy a home is highly recommended. The website is easy to use and transferring documents is a breeze. The staff is hardworking and friendly. Veterans United also recommended an awesome real estate agent that was knowledgeable with the VA loan and helped us find a great house. Using Veterans United to buy a home was almost too easy!
