Overall I was disappointed this time with Veterans United. I feel like the loan process was much smoother and explained better the first time than it was this second time.

I totally recommend Veterans United they are professional, they work alongside you to help get all the paperwork in a sfast and efficiently as possible. Any questions they answer promptly and quickly. Their website is user friendly and super easy to navigate. They helped us to close a week early. We are super grateful and appreciative of all of their help.

They were always on top of everything and they would reply to my emails or calls immediately. They went way above my expectations.
