Veterans United was a great choice for the purchase of our new home. The team they provided, our loan officer, agent and concierge guided us with ease.They exceeded our expectations and we are truly grateful. This process was so much easier than our first home buying experience that I highly recommend Veterans United.
Before finding Veterans United I had been working with a different loan provider for over 3 months so I decided to try somewhere new. There were night and day differences immediately! My loan officer Nate Bitner was beyond amazing! He was attentive and knew all the tricks to make everything go as smoothly and quickly as possible. He would call with weekly updates and to have me send in documents before they were even requested so that everything went fast and he always made sure I had the most up to date information. Not only did he close my loan in under a month but he even managed to lower my interest rate from 3.5 to 2.75! Incredible! I could not asked for a better loan experience!
