The whole team at Veterans did a great job Nicole, Lee, Amanda and Emma

I was not aware of this lending source and was very impressed by the video lessons and how your representatives were so helpful in answering ALL my questions. They taught me well in how to prepare to purchase a home.I loved that I was honored and appreciated as a veteran. All of the sources I was referred to also treated me well in that respect as well. I was honored in how they served me in helping me be a great buyer! (If those two words can go together)The sources that I was referred to all the way through the process were A+ services, from the realtor agency, the inspector, the appraiser, the concierge services, everyone. I was blessed coming in and blessed going out. Thank you Veterans United Team.

I should have taken advantage of my VA mortgage much sooner, Veterans United is the best home mortgage experience I have ever had, they found some credit issues I did not know about and helped me fix them. I was approved and funded in less that 45 days, unbelievable. The customer service team I had was so helpful and accommodating I can’t thank them enough. This might be my last home purchase but if not I will use them again. Christie, Jeff thank you for everything.

Due to not being offered a final walk through we did not have a chance to find water damage on ceilings and the trash and various things the home owner left behind. I’m very upset with all of this and I will be in contact with va.
Response from Veterans United
Keith, We understand your frustration on this matter and thank you for inviting us to learn more. Veterans United as a lender is not involved with the final walkthroughs and conditions of the home. Veterans Affairs set the guidelines that we must follow. You may need to reach out to your real estate agent to address these matters mentioned. We thank you for your service and please let us know how we can assist you further.

I was only looking to see what I would qualify for when I did my application. I did not plan to start looking at houses for another 9 months, so I could continue building my credit. I explained that when VU called. She was not pushy at all, she Wa very polite. The lady explained the process and gave me tips for helping me to build my credit. After speaking to Veteran's United, the process seemed so simple, that I decided to start looking early. I glad I did too, because Ben Long's team was great to work with.

The team at veterans united will help you all the way through by your side.
Even if you think things are almost impossible to be accomplished.
I had some conflicts with my credit but my team was able to help me. Im a single parent of 3 children (full time) and I thought buying my first home is next to impossible but veterans united made it happen. Thanks again @veteransunited , Semper Fi!

I have used Veterans United previously so my expectations were high. I, like most consumers have be inundated with mail offers to lower my interest rate and get massive returns. So I decided to call Veterans United and talk with my previous Loan officer, but she was promoted. Nonetheless she texted me and told me Casey will reach out to me. He did and said I needed to wait a little longer per VA regulations and he would follow up with me in a few months in which he did and the process started again. Extremely happy with Veterans United. Thank you

I would highly recommend Chris Holdman to anyone applying for a VA loan, he had a lot of patience with my situation, again thank you Chris.
