Matt always made sure I knew when there was new requirements on the to do list. This wasn't Matt's fault that I found it rather frustrating that the information requirements came down piece meal. I think the process could be more streamlined and less frustrating if all the departments got together and developed a more comprehensive checklist and review process. It's not just with home loans, I think automation has made people lazy about doing things right the first time across many sectors of business.
From start to finish it took less than 30 days and only a earnest of 1000 dollars to close our contract.

Cody and his team were beyond helpful. They found the best option for me and my family and guided us to the end. Trenton is also a very alluable asset and was our go-to person. At a point, I began to get impatient with the team for not being prompt with feedback but I learnt later that these guys have a massive workload but still have to deliver swiftly. Also, did I mention we got a gift? Oh yes, we did and it just goes to show how much they appreciate their clients. Thank you guys for your hard work.

Now the supervisor sam she was excellent she got right on when we was told we had to wait till Monday we was able to close the day after our closing date
Seth Wilmes and Melissa Logston were pretty thorough throughout my entire homebuying process down to the very last day, and I couldn't have asked for a better team in my corner!! Veterans United is the place to be if you want your home buying process to go as smooth as possible with as little stress as possible. Because of this experience, I would never use this company again and I would definitely not recommend it to anyone. This is one of the worst experiences I have had with home buying. I have purchased over 7 homes with no issues on the lender side. I see no benefit to the Veteran.
