The team and their website communicated way more effectively and I was always in the loop by logging in which was so much less stressful. They helped me get my forever home with compassion and ease. I am eternally grateful for Veterans United and my team.
Cody and his team were beyond helpful. They found the best option for me and my family and guided us to the end. Trenton is also a very alluable asset and was our go-to person. At a point, I began to get impatient with the team for not being prompt with feedback but I learnt later that these guys have a massive workload but still have to deliver swiftly. Also, did I mention we got a gift? Oh yes, we did and it just goes to show how much they appreciate their clients. Thank you guys for your hard work.

Because of this experience, I would never use this company again and I would definitely not recommend it to anyone. This is one of the worst experiences I have had with home buying. I have purchased over 7 homes with no issues on the lender side. I see no benefit to the Veteran.

As a Veteran, I really appreciate Veterans United home loans, and in particular, Kelly Stephens and her team of professionals. They are experts at VA loans and how to make the process as easy as possible. For example - we had two properties in mind, one was a century old home that had a lot of potential, and the other was a 1960's split-level. After talking to my loan team we decided that the split-level would be the smarter choice because the other home might have been problematic the the VA inspection. The result was the best home buying experience I've ever had. I would recommend Veterans United to anyone!
