We had been considering two different companies for the mortgage refinance, Nyk took the time to assist me in understanding the nitty gritty with each company. Overall very frustrated and not happy with the process. Initially Jeremy was very responsive and easy to get ahold of. After we had an accepted offer and were in underwriting it became very difficult to get a hold of him. Emily who was supposed to be our main point of contact during this process was practically impossible to reach. Never answered her phone or returned voicemails. It took her two days to respond to an email which she didn’t even reference and just was asking for more things. Only towards the end when I became very frustrated and began to relay that through the text messages did she start to respond. The week of closing was the most frustrating and not any easier to communicate. They were asking the realtor for documents that were submitted weeks ago. After agreeing to close on 10/9 at 9am the process was delayed over 4 hours. All Jeremy did was blame other people and have excuses for everything. 10/10 would never work with him again and will tell everyone I know I don’t recommend Veterans United.
