Veterans United is likely a great option for someone living on the East coast; not so much for someone living on the West coast who can't receive calls during work hours. No one on the loan team is available to speak with after-hours or Sundays, so majority of communication was delayed and by email mostly. It wasn't a great fit for us.

I'm an old-timer very private, what do you care who is doing what with my house? My realtor and Jordon set me straight. So I made one mistake, and after that 100% positive teamwork.


THe VU team really helped my husband and I get through a major move after 36 years in one place. We didn't always understand exactly what to do and they patiently explained it, sometimes more than once.
